Physical Education
Physical wellness and development are key components of our curriculum, provided in a fun and structured manner to ensure children benefit most from the program. Our approach allows for experiential learning on the part of the children as they progress through the three stages: modelling, collaborating, and simulating. Depending on the age of the students, we work on different skills toward different goals.

Our elementary students have PE three days a week in addition to a weekly yoga session. At this level, the P.E. teacher imparts awareness of safe practices, procedures, and rules all the while promoting sportsmanship and self-esteem, competition and cooperation. Skills and drills include:
